Celso did a great job and was dependable....I thought. I would like to be able to recommend him and had planned to until I realized he did not completely finish one small strip with a final coat. I texted him 3 times and emailed once asking him to finish a job that I paid him for, but I have yet to hear from him. I now need to hire someone to come in and finish something that would take less than an hour. Very disappointed. the floors are beautiful but I depend on someone completing the job.

His crew worked the assigned tasks diligently for 10 hours a day, five days to completion. Daily clean up and final clean up were excellent. I chose C&M because I had seen the beautiful finish they produced on some older flooring in a friend's home. Celso and his family were very patient with our unusual circumstances. My husband wasn't well. They were very respectful of his limitations. The HVAC was out because of Florence and they had to wait for it to be fixed and then wait for the wood to acclimate. The end job was gorgeous. I would be happy to talk directly with anyone about my experience with them.
